One of the reasons Special Needs Community was created, was to support the needs of parent carers because we understand that if parents get the right support, they are in a better position to support their child.
We would like to organise various workshops and courses to enable parents to cope with their caring role. Please let us know if you are interested in particular courses or your preferences. We will invite experts to run the courses and provide opportunities for you to talk to other parents. The courses will be on average £25 each to cover the cost (which will include refreshments).
Examples of future workshops courses on Health and Wellbeing:
- Vision Board
- Caring for yourself (self-love, self-care)
- Skincare & Beauty
- Fashion & Style
- Food & Nuutrition
- Health & Fitness
